Rentify Pay offers features such as automated rent collection and verified interactions, with rewards for tenants through a network of over 200 partners. It is free for landlords for the first year and integrates with banks and payment acquirers to create a scalable ecosystem. Rentify has supported over 10,000 rental units and targets further enhancements in utility payments and automation.
