Acquired for £1.25 million in July 2022, the new site plan includes a four-pump forecourt and a 1,830 sq ft retail shop. Additionally, two jet-wash bays will be added. The site is linked to a former Sainsbury's supermarket, which closed in 2023. Separately, Charterhouse Property Group will convert the supermarket into a self-storage facility and install a 10-bay EV charging hub.
