Robert Allan Ltd. has finalized the design of the RApport 2800-H hybrid tugboat for Harbor Docking & Towing, based in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The tug measures 28 meters long, 12 meters wide, and has a draft of 5.5 meters, with a bollard pull capacity of 88 metric tons.

It conforms to American Bureau of Shipping standards with a class notation for escort tugs. The vessel accommodates six crew members and features a propulsion system that combines twin 2,700 HP Cummins diesel engines and 800 HP electric motors, allowing for four operational modes. Additionally, it includes enhanced ventilation systems for high temperatures and will have its hybrid propulsion and control systems integrated by Ockerman Automation.
