Rosti North America has opened new ISO Class 8 cleanrooms at its facilities in Germantown, Wisconsin, and Clearfield, Utah, to expand its medical manufacturing capabilities. The Germantown cleanroom, under construction, will exceed 3,000 square feet and is designed for advanced medical applications, featuring a 300-ton injection moulding press and integrated automation.

It is expected to be operational by early April. The Clearfield cleanroom will be approximately 1,400 square feet within existing warehouse space, accommodating up to five injection moulding presses to support regulated medical programs. These investments aim to enhance flexibility and quality in medical manufacturing.
