Royal Road Minerals Reports Positive Drilling Results at Guintar-Aleman-Margaritas Project in Colombia
Royal Road Minerals has resumed drilling at its Guintar-Aleman-Margaritas project in Colombia, indicating potential for a bulk-tonnage underground mine. Recent results include a significant intersection of 76 metres at 2.1 g/t gold, 0.4% copper, and 7.9 g/t silver. This exploration is part of a 2,500-metre campaign, the first since 2022, following a halt to focus on regulatory processes. The company holds over 1,800 sq. km of mining concessions in Colombia.

Royal Road Minerals has resumed drilling at its Guintar-Aleman-Margaritas gold-silver-copper project in Colombia, indicating the potential for a bulk-tonnage underground mine. Drilling results include hole GUI-DD-028, which intersected 76 metres of 2.1 g/t gold, 0.4% copper, and 7.9 g/t silver.
This is part of a 2,500-metre exploration campaign initiated after a hiatus for regulatory approvals. The company, which acquired the project from AngloGold Ashanti in 2019, is the largest title holder in Colombia with over 1,800 sq. km of concessions. Shares fell by 2.7% to 18¢ amid broader market declines.
