Rural Solutions' contemporary country house has been shortlisted for the RIBA Yorkshire Awards 2026, one of seven projects in the region. The house, built under the 'exceptional country house' clause of the National Planning Policy Framework, showcases high architectural and environmental standards.

Rural Solutions secured planning consent and acted as the delivery architect, collaborating with Sadler Brown Architects-Group and Dobson Construction. The house features a living roof, water source heat pump, and uses recycled materials, achieving net zero operating performance. The award winners will be announced in May 2026.
