Saber Astronautics Launches Saber Commander for Spacecraft Operations
Saber Astronautics has unveiled Saber Commander, enhancing spacecraft and constellation operations. This software builds on the Predictive Ground station Interface (PIGI) and aims to streamline management of complex satellite systems.

Saber Astronautics has released Saber Commander, a new software platform for spacecraft and constellation operations. This software evolves from the Predictive Ground station Interface (PIGI), which was the first to utilize machine learning for spacecraft diagnostics and was recognized as a NASA Spinout.
Saber Commander aims to address the complexities of modern satellite operations, featuring enhanced automation and visualization capabilities. Developed in collaboration with satellite operators in Australia and the USA, it aims to improve situational awareness and reduce manual workloads. The software controls 36 tonnes of spacecraft and is designed to meet the demands of larger fleets and congested orbits, potentially impacting operational efficiency in the industry.
