Sai Paper Industries has adopted the Bindwel BW2500 system to enhance production speed and reduce manual intervention in its binding operations. This implementation addresses challenges in maintaining binding quality and meeting delivery schedules for large-volume orders.

Following installation, the company reported significant improvements in production speed, labor reduction, waste control, and overall turnaround efficiency. The current post-press workflow is now more streamlined, benefiting from enhanced adhesive planning and production management.

With expectations for increasing demand in high-volume production, Sai Paper Industries plans to further expand its operations over the next five to ten years, focusing on government textbooks and Balbharati production. The support from Bindwel's technical team has been instrumental during installation and operational phases.
