Salad Days has officially launched its 68,000-square-foot hydroponic greenhouse in Flora, Mississippi, capable of producing 3 million heads of lettuce annually. The facility utilizes Prospiant systems and FGM automation, enhancing year-round supply for foodservice and grocery sectors across the Southeast, including Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida. The project received support from various local and state organizations.
