Samsung Launches Advanced Air Conditioning Systems in India
Samsung has initiated the deployment of its WindFree air conditioning and AI-enabled VRF systems in Gurugram, India. This initiative addresses urban housing challenges such as temperature control, air quality, and energy efficiency.

Samsung has rolled out its WindFree cooling technology and AI-enabled VRF systems at Central Park Flower Valley's The Orchard in Gurugram, covering 284 residences with a total capacity of 4,864 HP. The WindFree system utilizes 10,000 micro air holes to maintain temperature without direct drafts, while the optional PM1.0 purification panel enhances air quality by removing up to 99% of bacteria.
Also integrated is the SmartThings platform for remote control and automation. The DVM S2 VRF systems employ Active AI Pressure Control to optimize refrigerant pressure, which can lower energy consumption by up to 15%. This deployment illustrates a trend towards intelligent and energy-efficient climate solutions in residential developments.
