Students from Scarborough TEC visited Ideal Heating's headquarters in Hull, touring the main production hall and heat pump manufacturing facility. They learned about the company's climatic chambers and no-fault production methods.

The visit coincides with a critical need in the UK for 120,000 heat pump engineers by 2030, while only 18,000 are currently available. Ideal Heating's Production Director emphasized the importance of engaging with students to invest in the industry's future. The students presented a handmade copper pipe artwork to mark the occasion.
