Tallinn-based Scoro has acquired Envoice, an AI-driven bill and expense management firm, to improve real-time cost visibility for professional services firms. The integration allows external costs to flow into project budgets automatically upon incurrence, reducing manual processes and enabling live margin tracking.

Envoice will operate independently within Scoro's ecosystem, enhancing automation across the project lifecycle. The acquisition addresses the historical challenge of delayed and inconsistent cost data by providing accurate, timely insights into project economics. The Scoro-Envoice integration is currently in closed beta with plans for further enhancements as both teams collaborate on data flow improvements.
