SIX Swiss Exchange has adopted Luware Nimbus and Luware Recording to upgrade its call management and compliance recording capabilities. This transition from legacy systems to a Microsoft Teams-integrated, cloud-native solution is aimed at improving operational efficiency and meeting stringent regulatory requirements, including secure retention of call recordings for up to ten years.
The new system facilitates self-service workflows for user provisioning, thereby reducing dependency on IT resources. Additionally, it allows for seamless migration of legacy recordings into a secure cloud environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations such as FINMA, FinfraG, and PCI DSS. Moving forward, this partnership with Luware is expected to support enhanced automation and customer-centric service models, while maintaining necessary compliance measures.
