Snuggle Upgrades Packaging System with Beck Packautomaten to Increase Output
Snuggle has enhanced its packaging operations by installing a Beck Packautomaten bagging system at its Peterborough factory. The Serienpacker SXJ HP, operational since October, boosts output capacity to over 30,000 garments daily and can seal up to 1,200 packs per hour. This upgrade, including a £200,000 investment, allows for next-day dispatch and improved sustainability through recyclable materials. The company also expanded its printing capabilities with two Kornit printers and a dryer in a near £2m investment.

Snuggle upgraded its packaging operations with the installation of a Beck Packautomaten Serienpacker SXJ HP at its Peterborough factory, fully operational since October. This system increases output to over 30,000 garments daily and can seal up to 1,200 packs per hour, addressing workflow bottlenecks and enhancing automation.
The investment, exceeding £200,000, supports next-day dispatch and improved sustainability by processing recyclable materials. Additionally, Snuggle invested nearly £2m in two Kornit Atlas Max Plus printers and a Kornit Titan Smart Textile Dryer.
