The South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources announced $150.7 million in loans and grants for infrastructure projects across the state. The funding, which includes $133.9 million in low-interest loans and $16.9 million in grants, targets drinking water, wastewater, and solid waste systems. Communities receiving assistance include Aberdeen, Belle Fourche, Brookings-Deuel, and many others, with projects ranging from wastewater treatment upgrades to new water mains and landfill improvements.
