Steel Hawk Berhad has incorporated four new wholly-owned subsidiaries: Steel Hawk Digital, Steel Hawk Infrastructure, Steel Hawk Manufacturing, and Steel Hawk Utility. This initiative is part of broader expansion plans, positioning the company to tap into industrial automation, infrastructure development, manufacturing, and engineering consultancy.

Steel Hawk Digital will focus on EPCC, digitalisation, and AI solutions. Steel Hawk Infrastructure will provide EPCC services and project management for infrastructure projects. Steel Hawk Manufacturing will produce HDPE pipes for various sectors.

Steel Hawk Utility will offer multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services. Each subsidiary addresses different segments of the engineering ecosystem, and the incorporation indicates a strategic focus on future opportunities. The subsidiaries were established with an initial paid-up capital of RM100 each and will not materially impact the group's financials for the year ending 31 December 2026.
