Steinbeis Europa Zentrum Enhances Hydrogen Compression Visibility in COSMHYC Project
The Steinbeis Europa Zentrum has developed communication strategies for the COSMHYC project series to promote hydrogen compression technology. The COSMHYC DEMO project, featuring a new hydrogen refueling station in Sorigny, France, demonstrates advanced compression systems and engages local stakeholders. The project has received several accolades for its impact on hydrogen mobility and is set to evolve further under the HYGHER project for cost-effective high-pressure hydrogen supply chains.

The Steinbeis Europa Zentrum has implemented communication strategies for the COSMHYC project series to enhance the visibility of hydrogen compression technology. The COSMHYC DEMO project includes a hydrogen refueling station in Sorigny, France, where practical demonstrations and community engagement activities have taken place.
This project features a dual-pressure station supplying various vehicle types and has achieved CE certification. The innovative thermochemical compressor developed by EIFHYTEC can compress up to 250 kg of hydrogen per day. The project has received multiple awards and will continue to advance under the HYGHER project, focusing on efficient hydrogen distribution.
