Stonebranch Launches Robi AI to Enhance IT Automation and Orchestration
Stonebranch has introduced Robi AI, a new AI engine integrated into its Universal Automation Center, aimed at improving IT orchestration. The introduction of real-time insights and context-aware recommendations is set to reduce manual efforts and enhance operational efficiency in hybrid IT environments.

Stonebranch announced the launch of Robi AI, enhancing the Universal Automation Center (UAC) with AI-driven capabilities. The features include real-time insights, natural language interaction, and proactive problem-solving through the 'Analyze now' function, which allows for immediate root cause analysis.
This integration aims to transition companies from rule-based automation to adaptive, intelligent systems capable of processing unstructured data. Additionally, the new MCP client/server enables user interaction with UAC via LLM platforms like ChatGPT.
With a governance framework, organizations can control AI functions and implement solutions in either SaaS or self-managed environments, increasing operational flexibility. The move reflects a shift towards more intelligent orchestration necessary for dynamic business landscapes.
