SwitchBot has introduced the AI Hub, the first local home AI agent supporting OpenClaw, an open-source autonomous AI framework. The AI Hub combines edge AI computing and Vision-Language Models for enhanced smart home control.

OpenClaw support is set to launch by the end of February, enabling users to manage devices and automation via chat applications. The hub also functions as a local NVR system with Frigate, supporting up to eight cameras and providing facial recognition and local video recording. It connects with over 100 SwitchBot devices and is priced at USD 259.99.
