SYSTRA-DB Joint Venture Receives LoA for Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Consultancy
SYSTRA, in Joint Venture with DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, has been awarded a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) by the National High Speed Rail Corporation (NHSRCL) for consultancy services on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project. This project covers a 508 km corridor with 12 stations.
NHSRCL opened technical bids on 14 Nov 2025, with two firms participating. Financial bids were evaluated on 22 Jan 2026, where SYSTRA was determined to be the lowest bidder, leading to the LoA being issued on 31 Jan 2026.
The scope of work includes Project Management Consultancy Services for Signalling and Telecommunication Systems, SCADA, and Ticketing Systems. Additionally, the 6th edition of InnoMetro, an expo focusing on AI-integrated systems in metro and rail networks, is scheduled for 21-22 May 2026 in New Delhi.
