Tactful AI focuses on enabling enterprises to utilize Agentic AI for efficient service operations, transitioning from traditional automation. The company serves clients including Elaraby Group and Raneen across retail, fintech, logistics, and consumer services.

Proceeds will enhance growth in Egypt, explore EMEA markets, and accelerate R&D efforts. Tactful AI plans to pursue a Series A round within 12 months.
