Talentguide Secures €1.3M for European Expansion of AI Skills Management Platform
Ghent-based HR tech company talentguide has raised €1.3 million to expand its AI-driven skills intelligence platform in Europe. The funding, which involves several investment funds and entrepreneurs, aims to address workforce upskilling and reskilling needs amid changing labor market demands. The platform utilizes AI and natural language processing to manage skills visibility and personalized employee development. The investment will also facilitate the hiring of additional software and AI engineers as well as customer success professionals.

Talentguide, an HR tech company based in Ghent, has raised €1.3 million to enhance its AI-driven skills intelligence platform aimed at European expansion. The funding round included contributions from NXT II, Travvant (Partena Professional), Miles Ahead Capital, imec.istart, and various entrepreneurs.
The platform addresses skills mismatches and workforce planning challenges as rapid automation alters required competencies. It organizes skills by tasks, traits, and knowledge domains, enabling efficient upskilling and reskilling.
Talentguide's solution is currently utilized by organizations such as Travvant and MCC Verstraete. The new funding will be allocated towards growing talentguide's revenue, product, and engineering teams, including hiring additional software and AI engineers.
