Tavoron has acquired Doig Corporation, a factory automation distributor based in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, enhancing its automation distribution capabilities in the Upper Midwest. This marks Tavoron's third acquisition of the year and fourth since partnering with Fusion Capital Partners.

The acquisition allows Tavoron to provide expanded product access, technical support, and improved digital tools to its customers. Doig will continue operations in Cedarburg and transition to the Tavoron brand while retaining its existing team and customer relationships.
