TCC Concept Limited's NES Data Plans 60MW Data Center in Pune, India
NES Data, a subsidiary of TCC Concept Limited, is poised to develop a 60MW data center in Pune following a land acquisition MoU. This project aligns with TCC's broader strategy to expand data center capacity in India.

NES Data has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire land at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Pune for a 60MW data center project. Currently, NES operates a 4MW facility in Pune and aims to increase its capacity, targeting a total of 100MW in the medium term.
Launched in 2024, NES is also set to introduce Edge and modular data centers by mid-2025. The specifics regarding land size and construction timelines remain undisclosed. This expansion reflects the growing demand for data centers in the region, though competition and resource allocation may pose potential challenges.
