Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Cisco have launched a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad for Autonomous Enterprise Operations. The CoE will facilitate the transition from rule-based automation to intelligent, self-governing operations.

It aims to reduce operational complexities and improve business outcomes through Zero-touch operations. Based at TCS Synergy Park, the CoE will develop AI-driven solutions, following the TCS five-level Services Autonomy Model.

Key technologies include Cisco AppDynamics, Cisco Splunk, and TCS's ignio and Cognix. The initiative emphasizes a shift from siloed operations to integrated, experience-focused models, aiming to enhance business agility and deliver measurable impacts.
