The Regional TVET Innovation Center - National Capital Region (RTIC-NCR) construction has commenced, aiming for completion by March 2027. The center will offer training in fields such as automation and smart technologies, enhancing job-ready skills for workers and jobseekers in Metro Manila.
It will facilitate collaboration among government agencies, industry partners, and educational institutions to foster innovation and knowledge exchange. Funded by the Asian Development Bank under the Strategic Industry Partnership Program in TVET System, it will also support higher-level qualifications including National Certificate Levels III, IV, and V.
