Thales and GDELS Showcase Advanced CUAS Solutions at Eurosatory 2026
Thales and GDELS introduced new counter-uncrewed aerial systems (CUAS) at Eurosatory 2026, highlighting modular designs and proven technologies. These developments aim to enhance operational capabilities against drone threats and improve integration within NATO frameworks.

Thales unveiled its RapidStriker CUAS system, intended for deployment on 10-15t vehicles, designed for drone countermeasures within a range of 1-5km using laser-guided rockets. The system features a modular architecture, including a Robin 3D Iris radar and multiple sensors, allowing for rapid engagement within 40 seconds of detection.
GDELS showcased its Eagle 6x6 UGV, capable of crewed-uncrewed teaming, and displayed the Wolf G1 and C1 UGVs for perimeter defense and surveillance. Both companies emphasize their systems' low-risk development through integration of mature technologies, aiming for full production by 2027.
