Thermotraffic plans to establish a £60 million headquarters in Nottinghamshire, projected to create 125 new jobs. The facility will be located north of the A17, expanding the company's operations from its current site in Newark, where it employs 28 individuals.
The proposed development aims to replace an outdated leased unit and will support food security and minimize waste through high-tech automation. The project is under consideration by Newark and Sherwood District Council, with outline planning permission previously granted for employment use. If approved, this facility will contribute to local economic regeneration and investment.
