Thorium Space Accelerates Satellite Projects Ahead of NewConnect Debut
Thorium Space has raised nearly 34 million PLN through two share issues, advancing its satellite communication projects. The company is implementing a new strategy for 2026-2036, enhancing partnerships and preparing for its debut on NewConnect, amidst a growing European space sector.

Thorium Space has successfully completed key project stages and raised approximately 34 million PLN through two public offerings. This funding includes 11.7 million PLN from series H shares and 22 million PLN from series I aimed at technology commercialization.
The company's strategy for 2026-2036 focuses on developing secure SATCOM technologies and includes collaborations with Creotech Instruments. Current projects include HummingSat, T-XPDR, and SUBCOM, with significant progress reported in each.
The global SATCOM market is expected to grow from 107 billion USD in 2026 to 223 billion USD by 2033, driven by technological advancements and increasing demand for secure communication networks. The establishment of a new ESA center in Warsaw is expected to further boost Poland’s space sector.
