Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) will launch its global warehouse automation business, Toyota Automated Logistics (TAL), on April 1. TAL will combine Bastian Solutions, Vanderlande's Warehousing business, and viastore, forming a single brand.

This strategy aims to deliver scalable systems, intelligent software, and comprehensive lifecycle services to meet the rising demand for warehouse automation, which is driven by the need for quicker deliveries and enhanced performance. TICO has appointed three executives to lead this new venture.
