Triton Uranium Advances Atlas Project Development in Saskatchewan
Triton Uranium has initiated the development of the Atlas Project in Uranium City, Saskatchewan, targeting a low-cost, open-pit uranium supply as the demand for nuclear energy grows in North America. The project aims to fast-track production through a 10,000-meter drilling program set to begin in June 2026, leveraging existing infrastructure to enhance efficiency.

Triton Uranium has commenced development activities at the Atlas Project in Uranium City, Saskatchewan, aiming to meet the rising demand for uranium driven by a resurgence in U.S. nuclear power. The project encompasses 46,742 acres, with a 10,000-meter drilling program starting in June 2026 across four priority zones.
Triton plans to expedite production timelines by utilizing a near-surface, infrastructure-ready model, differentiating from deeper Athabasca Basin projects. The company has raised nearly $16 million in private funding for exploration, with potential U.S. stock exchange listing through a SPAC merger being considered in 2026.
The Atlas Project is positioned to provide a domestic uranium supply amidst constrained North American production and reliance on foreign sources. Successful development could enhance regional economic growth and contribute to North American energy security.
