The bank credits its success to three main factors: increased customer engagement, an expanded range of products, and operational efficiency driven by AI and automation.
Customer engagement has led to a significant rise in card usage, with average transactions reaching 25 times monthly, while the bank disbursed over S$900 million in loans in 2025. Revenue increased by 39% year-over-year, while costs decreased by 7%, showcasing the impact of automation and AI. Trust Bank aims to enhance its consumer segment and plans to introduce new financial products and innovations.
