Tudor Gold Withdraws Appeal Against Seabridge's KSM Gold Project in BC
Tudor Gold has withdrawn its appeal regarding Seabridge Gold's KSM project, following a ruling by BC's Chief Gold Commissioner. The decision removes one legal challenge but does not resolve ongoing disputes over the project’s infrastructure, including the proposed Mitchell Treaty Tunnels (MTT) which Tudor claims would affect its mineral rights. Tudor is engaged in multiple court proceedings concerning the tunnels and their impact on mine access and development.

Tudor Gold has dropped its appeal against a British Columbia regulator's ruling concerning Seabridge Gold's KSM project. The Chief Gold Commissioner ruled that it lacked jurisdiction over Tudor's challenge regarding the Mitchell Treaty Tunnels (MTT) under Tudor's property.
This decision does not resolve broader disputes over KSM infrastructure, with Tudor claiming the tunnels would sterilize ground and limit access to its Goldstorm deposit. Tudor has initiated three court proceedings related to the tunnels, including a claim against the conditional mineral reserve scope.
Tudor's recent resource estimate for Goldstorm includes an indicated resource of approximately 912.3 million tonnes of gold, silver, and copper. Tudor increased its interest in Treaty Creek to 80% last September.
