TÜV AUSTRIA and Università di Bologna Complete PhD Research on Structural Health Monitoring
TÜV AUSTRIA and the Università di Bologna have concluded a PhD research collaboration in Structural Health Monitoring, yielding advancements in safety and reliability of infrastructure. The three-year program included projects on composite pressure vessels, vibration-based damage detection in bridges, and corrosion monitoring in metallic vessels, facilitated by close cooperation between academia and industry.
