UiPath, in collaboration with Deloitte, has transformed its SAP S/4HANA platform using Agentic Automation, resulting in a 10% increase in project delivery speed. The implementation has led to over 200 automations in key business processes through the UiPath Center of Excellence.

Currently, more than 85% of central finance processes are fully automated, eliminating manual steps. The project achieves a Clean Core of 93%, exceeding the industry benchmark of 80%. Furthermore, 60% of test cases are automated, reducing user workload and accelerating implementation. UiPath's approach positions Agentic Automation as a supportive tool for managing complex enterprise processes, allowing AI agents to handle routine decisions and orchestrate workflows between SAP and non-SAP systems, thus improving overall efficiency and effectiveness in IT transformation.
