Overall disclosed deal values fell, reflecting a slowdown in large transactions, though buyer appetite persisted, particularly from international investors.
Trade buyers made up 56% of last quarter's transactions. Key deals included QLS Group BV's acquisition of James & James Fulfilment and Stott Nielsen's acquisition of Suttons International Holdings. Technology deals represented over a third of fourth-quarter transactions, highlighting investor interest in automation and AI solutions.
