Ukrainian Drones Strike Key Russian LNG Terminal in Ust-Luga Port
Ukrainian drones targeted the LNG terminal in Ust-Luga, Leningrad Oblast, causing a significant fire. The port is the largest of its kind in the Baltic, processing up to 45 billion cubic meters of gas annually. Governor Alexander Drozdenko reported that 56 drones were shot down over the area. The exact facility hit remains unconfirmed, with some sources indicating it may also be an oil terminal.

Ukrainian drones attacked the LNG terminal in Ust-Luga, Leningrad Oblast, causing a large fire at the port, the largest transshipment hub in the Baltic Sea. The port is located about 25 km from the Estonia-Russia border.
Governor Alexander Drozdenko reported that 56 drones were intercepted in the region. The terminal processes up to 45 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually, producing 13 million tons of LNG, 3.6 million tons of ethane, and 1.8 million tons of propane-butane. Some reports suggest that an oil terminal in Ust-Luga was also targeted.
