URC, located in San Diego, California, comprises active duty and Reserve Component Sailors, as well as operations and maintenance contractors, and is responsible for overseeing the Submarine Rescue Diving and Recompression System (SRDRS) and Sibitzky Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV).
