UNISONO Hospitality has acquired a majority stake in Aphy to merge AI-enabled automation with human hospitality skills, enhancing administrative efficiency in hotels. Pedro Moreira is appointed CEO of Aphy, while Pascal Hakkers remains as CTO, overseeing product and engineering.

UNISONO representatives Urs Grimm and Nils Betschart will join Aphy's Board. The investment aims to deliver comprehensive, cost-effective automation solutions for independent hotels, reducing administrative burdens and allowing for a more personalized guest experience.
