US Power Assists Pasadena Residents with New Solar and Battery Rebate Program
US Power aids Pasadena homeowners in navigating the PWP Solar and Battery Rebate Program launched on April 2, 2026. The program offers financial incentives for qualifying solar systems and battery storage, promoting renewable energy adoption in the region.

The Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) Solar and Battery Rebate Pilot Program, effective from April 2, 2026, provides rebates of $0.60 per watt for rooftop solar systems and $1.00 per watt for income-qualified customers. Battery storage installations are eligible for up to $550 per kilowatt-hour, contingent on customer enrollment in PWP assistance programs.
Homeowners must purchase and own their systems to qualify, as leased systems and Power Purchase Agreements are excluded. US Power facilitates the application process, clarifying financing options for customers, and also promotes state and federal incentives for battery storage. The program aims to enhance energy efficiency and support clean energy initiatives in Pasadena.
