Valco Melton has introduced the Kube Zero melt-on-demand system, which significantly decreases adhesive start-up time by 65%, leading to increased productivity on production lines. The system features 10 independent outlets, facilitating multiple applicators without supply issues.

An automated feeding mechanism prevents adhesive carbonization, ensuring optimal properties and reducing operator intervention. The monoblock design integrates the tank, pump, and manifold, enhancing melting efficiency and simplifying maintenance.

Safety is improved with a new insulation material that maintains external temperatures below 45°C, minimizing burn risks and enhancing energy efficiency. This innovation enables manufacturers to achieve higher output with reduced downtime.
