Vaulted Deep, a waste management and carbon removal company, has been named an honoree at the 2026 Wichita Business Journal Innovation Awards for modernizing waste management infrastructure in Kansas. The company has processed over 140,000 tonnes of organic waste since taking over its Hutchinson site in 2023, preventing emissions and enhancing local air and water quality.

In 2025, Vaulted tripled its infrastructure capacity and created more than 30 full-time jobs, investing over $10.8 million into the Kansas economy. The company's partnerships with local farmers, truckers, and businesses support regional economic growth and improve environmental outcomes. The awards celebrate companies that achieve significant innovation in infrastructure and economic development in the Wichita area.
