Vention has expanded its end-of-line packaging automation capabilities with the introduction of the third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer. This system integrates palletizing with existing functions like case erecting and sealing, leveraging a modular, plug-and-play architecture.

The palletizer utilizes MachineMotion AI, supports up to 20 motors in a daisy-chain configuration, and features LTE connectivity for remote monitoring. Deployment can occur in as little as four weeks, while fully integrated systems are available in approximately 12 weeks. The platform offers code-free operator interfaces and includes remote support and performance analytics tools.
