Verde Resources Inc. has signed a supply agreement with Biochar Solutions LLC to provide engineered biochar for use in Verde's BioAsphalt™ technology. BSL will manufacture and supply up to 38,500 tons of biochar annually, with half anticipated to qualify for carbon removal credits.

The collaboration aims to improve performance in roadway applications and will last a minimum of 18 months, during which a five-year supply agreement may be executed. Verde's BioAsphalt™ technology received validation from the National Center for Asphalt Technology, and Verde has a separate 10-year commercial agreement with Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions to enhance distribution and market access. Carbon removal credits generated will be shared between Verde and BSL, aligning economic incentives with environmental accountability.
