Verint Expands AI Bot Access to Calabrio Customers Post-Merger
Verint Systems Inc. has integrated its AI bot capabilities into the Calabrio customer base, enabling access without infrastructure changes. This integration occurs just three months after their merger, offering four AI-powered bots to enhance workforce management and customer interactions. Verint demonstrates the combined platform at Enterprise Connect in Las Vegas.

Verint Systems Inc. has expanded its AI bot portfolio to Calabrio customers through the Verint CX Automation Platform, just three months after the merger. Calabrio customers can access four AI-powered bots: the Genie Bot, TimeFlex Bot, Agent Copilot Bots, and Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA), without needing to migrate existing infrastructure.
This integration aims to enhance workforce management and conversational intelligence. Verint positions its platform as complementary to current technologies, lowering adoption barriers. The combined entity serves over 80 Fortune 100 companies and will showcase its capabilities at Enterprise Connect in Las Vegas on March 10-11, 2026.
