Visa Expands VCS Hub with Accounts Receivable Manager for Enhanced Virtual Card Integration
Visa's expansion of the Visa Commercial Solutions Hub includes the Visa Accounts Receivable Manager, targeting streamlined virtual card adoption for issuers and suppliers. This integration focuses on automation, significantly reducing complexities in payment processes for small businesses.

Visa is set to enhance the Visa Commercial Solutions Hub (VCS Hub) with the integration of the Visa Accounts Receivable Manager, aimed at improving virtual card adoption. The new capabilities will allow issuers to send virtual card details directly to suppliers, automating reconciliation and significantly reducing operational complexities.
Launched in 2025, the VCS Hub offers a unified platform for managing commercial payments, which can particularly aid small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Visa AR Manager uses AI to facilitate quicker reconciliations and has shown an 89% reduction in days sales outstanding for early users.
The integrated system is expected to launch in September 2026, although potential users must meet specific requirements and consider the necessary training for effective implementation. This trend towards automation and AI in financial processes may enhance efficiency and customer experience for small businesses.
