Waco Modular has completed a significant expansion at its Jet Park factory in Boksburg, South Africa, adding a 660m2 undercover assembly area to double its output capacity. This move addresses unprecedented demand in the education and mining sectors, enabling faster delivery of modular buildings with reduced lead times from 4-6 weeks to 1-3 weeks.

The expansion incorporates new technologies and semi-automation for improved workflow and efficiency. Waco Modular has maintained high safety standards, achieving over one million man-hours without a lost-time injury. The company is committed to continuous improvement and has launched three new product lines in 2025, with more planned for 2026.
