Waystar Targets 17% Revenue Growth for 2026 Post Iodine Acquisition
INDUSTRIAL IOT
Waystar has set a revenue growth target of 17% for 2026, estimating revenues of about $1.284 billion and adjusted EBITDA around $535 million at a 42% margin. The company completed the acquisition of Iodine Software, which will bolster its AI-driven automation capabilities and broaden its addressable market.
Waystar expects to achieve over 90% of the committed cost synergies from this acquisition. However, the company faces risks related to its capital structure, patient utilization trends, seasonality in payments, competition from AI startups, regulatory compliance, and the integration of AI solutions within healthcare.
