Webmart Ltd has submitted a planning bid to Scottish Borders Council to build a holiday cabin for its employees on a 164-acre woodland site in Grange Wood, Scotland. The cabin will be available for public rental when not in use.

The site features 13,000 planted trees and 26 ponds, enhancing biodiversity and carbon sequestration. The proposed cabin will utilize low-carbon construction, situated discreetly among existing structures without tree removal, maintaining ecological integrity.
