Westfalen Weser Netz Launches Pilot for Low Voltage Control System Integrated with CLS Management
Westfalen Weser Netz (WWN) has initiated a pilot operation for its Low Voltage Control System (NS-SCADA) integrated with CLS Management, developed by envelio and GWAdriga. The system, built on envelio's Intelligent Grid Platform as a digital twin, will monitor the low voltage network and automate control commands during bottlenecks. The pilot will initially test the solution across 20 low voltage networks and gather insights before a full rollout across the WWN network area.

Westfalen Weser Netz (WWN) has launched a pilot operation for its Low Voltage Control System (NS-SCADA), integrated with CLS Management from GWAdriga. The NS-SCADA, created on envelio's Intelligent Grid Platform, allows continuous monitoring of the low voltage network via TAF10 data.
Automated control commands are triggered during network bottlenecks. The pilot will run in 20 low voltage networks over two operational sites, with additional measurements installed at local stations. Insights will be collected to develop an operational concept before a broader rollout across the WWN network area.
